The Engine

RF GT40 offers the Ford Coyote 5.0 Generation II as the standard engine. This quad cam, full alloy V8 engine has full emission compliance and the ability to be performance upgraded to very high power outputs, whilst having proved itself in racing as being a very solid and reliable engine.

Ford’s current 5.0 litre V8 offering as seen from MY2011 onward in the Mustang, the Coyote is now a Gen2 and available as a fully integrated kit for your RFGT40.

The normally aspirated version of the Mustang Coyote crate motor produces 435hp using the standard inlet manifold and Ford Racing ECU.
